This is one of the popular and reputed retail firms of United Kingdom which delivers quality fashionable garments. The organization has multiple branches in various parts of UK (Korzynski, 2013). It has been observed through research that over 100 stores of Buni can be found in UK. At the time Recession many business organizations were hampered by different ways. Buni also faced losses regarding their sales, growth and profitability. Senior managers of the company realized that they couldnt able to cope up with that situation. Many competitors of Buni were able to sustain in this crunch situation comfortably. Due to this issue human resource managers concerned about the staff retention and their moral values. For this reason management wants to take some fr uitful steps so that they could be able to motivate their employees and regain their existing position. Management also wants to identify some factors which could help them to enhance the growth and prospect of the business. For analyzing overall issues different steps and approaches have been taken. Different Ways of Motivating the Employees At this present moment management of the Human Resource Management of Buni must have to motivate their staffs so that they can get an enthusiasm of doing hard work for the business and through this staff morale can be enhanced. After recession employees of Buni are getting panic for their job roles and working circumstances. These thing need to be changed immediately so that employees can get their previous situations. This thing can only be possible by strong motivation and influence. There are multiple theories present regarding the motivational procedure. These theories are highly important for gathering the techniques of motivating staffs. By the help of these theories management of Buni could be able to understand the current employment situation in the organization and they also could be able to implement some fruitful strategies for enhancing the moral aspects of employees. According to Mr. Taylor, employees need to be paid by their performance. According to this theorist, if employees are offered appropriate wages for their work then they automatically get an inspiration. On the other hand Maslow stated different needs of the human beings like social needs, esteem needs, psychological needs etc. According to Maslow, needs of employees must have to be fulfilled so that employees can get motivation. The analyst also highlighted significant demands and requirements of the staffs and employees. After observing the overall theories it can be said that there are two ways present by which management of Buni can motivate their staffs. These two approaches are, Extrinsic Intrinsic Procedures of motivating the staffs through this approach have been mentioned below, Extrinsic: This is an important approach for motivating the staffs of an organization. Following aspects comes under this quotient, Salary: Salary or wage is the primary target for any employee or staff. Human Resource management of the respective organization can increase the salary or wage of the deserving staffs. Through this salary hike employees can be motivated. Every person is working for getting a satisfactory salary or wage. For this reason management of Buni must have to focus on this particular matter. Promotion: Promotion or growth is the integral concept or part of the employment and employability issues. Human Resource Managers of Buni need to provide promotional advantages to the staffs and employees. Through this process they could be motivated for doing hard work and moral of them can be enhanced (Whiteley, 2002). Working Condition: After the recession employees of the Buni afraid of their job role and working conditions. For this reason management of the respective company must have to provide an appropriate working condition for the staffs and employees so that they could be able to work freely. Biasness from organizational side must have to be demolished. If employees found a fruitful working condition then they automatically get an inspiration of doing hard work. Security of the Jobs: Job security is the most essential issue in this present condition. After recession Buni had to sack their many employees and due to this issue morality of employee was hampered. For this reason human resource manager of Buni must have to assure job security to the staffs. This is the only way by which staffs can be motivated highly. Intrinsic: Like Extrinsic, Intrinsic issues are also need to take care at the time of employee motivation. Factors associated with this factor have been stated below, Physiological Rewards: Sometime employees are motivated by different prizes and gifts. Buni has come across a harsh market scenario and now the organization wants to set their business so that they can regain their old position. Human Resource Manager must have to give necessary rewards or prize money to the staffs for their hard work or achievements. Challenge and achievement: In an organization employees face multiple challenges. At this present moment HR managers of Buni need to make good bonding with the staffs so that they can understand their problems and requirements. Through this process performance of the system can be enhanced and also employees can be motivated. Management must have to appraise the performance of the staffs. Special gifts and different medical schemes also need to be introduced for the staffs. This is one of the essential way by which moral values of staffs can be increased. Appreciation: Appreciation of any kind may increase the enthusiasm. HR managers can motivate their staffs by appraising their performance (Manolopoulos, 2007). Through the above mentioned ways Human resource Managers could be able to motivate the staffs and employees of Buni. At this present scenario this motivational issues play an important role. Recession is the phase when most of the organizations face monetary losses. Due to this issue an unstable situation is raised in the organization. In the case of Buni retail hub; employees are losing their hope and patience. In this crunch time Human resource Manager needs to boost up the staffs so that they could be able to get an inspiration or enthusiasm of doing hard work. Prime goal of this process is to enhance the performance of the business. If employees of Buni are motivated then they will automatically give some extra effort for the business. Through this process performance and productivity of the business could be enhanced. This is the prime benefit of this motivational ways and principles. Three important factors and their influences PESTEL is used mainly for understanding the business circumstances. Buni is the retail company that is facing challenges for recession. The company is getting challenges by financially and employability issues. Among six factors impact of three important factors have been influenced which could help the future plans of the Buni. Political factor: Political power always play an important role for an organizational performance and growth. Buni is facing challenges due to recession. Recession is the economic phase when overall financial condition of a nation is crashed down. Along with Buni many other organizations faced problems due to this issue. At this present moment management of the Buni must have to focus on the future plans (Bevins and Caggiula, 2009). At the time of making future plans management of the company must have to concentrate on the existing political circumstances. For example in the case of employability, respective guidelines of government regarding trade unions need to be followed so that employees right can be maintained. On the other hand political issues are also important for knowing the current trend and business polices as business policies are highly dependable on the perceptions of the political parties. As the management Buni wants to make the future plan for the business, they n eed to focus on these particular matter so that they can enhance the functionalities of the process. Economic Factor: Economical factors are also needed to be considered at the time of making future plans for the business. Buni is facing huge difficulties due to recession. It has been observed through analysis that economic condition of UK was badly hampered due to financial disaster. Business organizations strived for money and some of them couldnt able to sustain. Buni has been able to keep their position in the market. At this present moment management of Buni must have to depend on the economic condition of UK, but I could be expected that UK can easily regain their existing position. This factor will help the management to make a fruitful plan. Social Factor: Social issues are prime issues at the time of managing employees. Management of the Buni wants to enhance the moral values of the employees. For this reason management needs to focus on the social factors and issues. A system needs to be implement which would be socially acceptable and granted (Paul and Robertson, 1970). Above mentioned factors will help the management to make the future plans for the business process. References Bevins, R. and Caggiula, A.
